Configuration

You can access a templates configuration via the "Configure Template" button.

The options are almost the same as those found in DS-Manager. A few has been removed and a new one has been added.

OnlyOneSignaturePerThread is a new option specific to DSTA.

It offers an option to only add one signature to an email that later is replied to several times.

When a signature is added to an email, a hidden marker is also added. And DSTA can then use that flag to know if a signature is present.

Please note that when this option is in effect the foot print in use (e.g. "sent from my android") will not be removed either. The email will be left untouched. This saves processing power, and it was questional wether a foot print is a better option then having nothing in its place.

But are you following the advice on using unique foot prints like "CompanyName-Department" then it will be visible to the recepient on subsequent replies should you set this option.

If you have any comments on that please feel free to send it to us: support@k67.dk

NB: This option is only applicable to email with html format since it is not possible to hide any flags in a text message body. Anything added to the text format message would be visible to the recepient. So text format mail will always get a get a signature.
