We have the new Add-in for Outlook. It is working great.
But I have a few users that say they are not getting signatures on their mobile phones. I checked that they are getting signatures in Outlook on their PC's. One of the users have got both an Android and an iPhone, and he say that signatures are working on his iPhone.
Please assist.
A: Yes this is a know issue with Outlook. Very rare.
We do not know what cause it, but if you go to the account settings on the Android phone, at the bottom there is menu option to reset account. That will clear some cache I think, and then restart Outlook. It will fix the issue.
