As of v.6.3.0 Pushing Signature to OWA is discontinued and functions has moved to the DSBS server side component.

The "EnablePushToOWA" parameter has been left in place to notify existing administrators of this fact.

OWAFrontEnd is now only used for fetching profile images if you are using them in your signature templates.
