Included in the purchase you get 1 year of full support.
Support includes all that you need to keep it running; Support via Telephone, email and remote support sessions from our MCSE certified techniciens.
You also get access to updates as well as major upgrades for 1 year.
Note: There is a difference between updates and upgrades. Updates are software fixes to a version to already have. An upgrade is a new major version of the software.
Our maintenance agreement include these major upgrades.
Many software companies have cheap maintenance agreements that only let you get fixes to current version you own, and will sell you a upgrade license separately.
That is not so with our maintenance agreements. Ours is all inclusive.
