DynamicSignature is now best positioned as a modern, add‑in–based, cross‑platform Outlook/Microsoft 365 email signature platform, similar in deployment model to other ISV solutions, but with our time proven and AD‑centric design, where the user data and management is On-Premises, template handling and user configuration done using a real management application.
DynamicSignature uses a Microsoft 365 Outlook add‑in and a secure cloud service to apply consistent, personalised email signatures across Outlook on Windows, web, and mobile.
DS Office Add-in
In response to new guidelines from Microsoft on best practice for handling signatures, DynamicSignature now leverage the Office API to deliver signatures directly into Outlook, via an Add-in.
We have built an entire new platform around DynamicSignature. On your side, signatures are still generated by DynamicSignature as before. From there, a new server service – an evolution of DS Batching Services – publishes the signatures through a secure API to our cloud infrastructure. The add-in for Outlook then consumes those signatures directly inside Outlook.
DS Batching Services
DSBS continues to generate final signatures that are sent through our private Cloud API. Rather than simply publishing a template and having the cloud API fetch Entra ID data on every mail creation—which is slow, involves multiple security layers, and requires Graph access to your user base—we keep DSBS handling signature production directly.
