Maintenance Agreement: Since the DSOF feature is a built-in part of DSM, maintenance and upgrade entitlements for DSOF is covered by DSM maintenance. The license for DSOF only grants you use rights and not updates/upgrades. We do of course offer support should you have any technical issues. And that is not limited to phone and mail, but we also offer remote sessions as we do for all products.
