Dear Support,
We are experiencing problems with our dynamic signatures on our terminal server.
The signature seems to run fine but it will not appear in our outlook client.
Can I check some log files to see what is going wrong?
I noticed that the signature is pushed to the folder “c:\users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Handtekeningen”, we are using a Windows 2008 R2 x64 dutch terminal server.
But when I start outlook I do not see any signatures.
When I rename the folder “Handtekeningen to Signatures and restart my outlook client, it has my signatures.
Last night Microsoft has installed some updates to our terminal server.
Hi,
That is strange.
Outlook has a registry to tell what folder it is looking in.
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\1X.0\Common\General]
"Signatures"="Handtekeningen"
This key is looked up by DS.
Hello support,
I have check the register and seems to be OK.
Dynamic signature is putting the information in the right directory.
IT seems that KB3114409 is causing some trouble, we have several customers complaining about outlook only starts in safe mode.
